Microsoft.com - Windows, Xbox Store

My first role at Microsoft was to work with a team of marketers and content managers to produce material for the Microsoft.com homepage and secondary pages.

 

Over a short period of time, I evolved my role by developing global content creation guidelines and establishing many processes such as Geopol, Brand, and Accessibility reviews, becoming a "Champ" in all three.

At MSCOM, my focus was bringing Microsoft products and stories to our homepage audience, balancing brand favorability, and revenue goals. As our MSCOM and Store teams merged, my scope dramatically increased and my team grew. I helped many people from various pockets of Microsoft uplift their creative and execution process to higher standards.

To continuously uphold and evolve these standards, I hold frequent reviews and sessions to share the newest documentation.
